Andy Lyon

With a career spanning 25 years and sales experience that dates back to 1994, Andy Lyon has been responsible for the sale of more than £500m in retail home entertainment sales.  Using 10 years of experience, Andy co-founded one of the UK's largest independent home entertainment companies in 2003, allowing content owners direct access to UK retail, including major supermarkets and independent record stores. As MD of Trinity Creative Partnership, Lyon continues to manage one of the UK's largest independent sales organisations for content distribution.

Lyon co-founded 101 Films, a UK-based distributor of film and television across Physical, Digital, TV and SVOD, in 2011. After three years of rapid growth, the company attracted investments and equity partners.  By 2014, 101 Films had invested significantly in film rights, acquired Metrodome Group and the entire Palisades Tartan library, making it one of the UK's largest independent publishers, with Lyon as MD. 101 Films' growth continues year-on-year, with more releases and a focus on bringing films to the States.

Lyon relaunched the Metrodome Group and the now defunct Hollywood Classics in 2016 as Hollywood Classics International Limited, which services the catalogue licensing for the major studios Sony Pictures, Paramount, and Universal.

A new global sales agency co-owned by Wonderfilm Media Corporation and 101 Films was formed in 2019 with potential revenues of over $200m in 2020 and 2021. Andy Lyon sits as CEO.
