After leaving advertising, he joined Telstar Records where he worked as a marketing director for five years. Adam founded in 1999 his own video/DVD label, Lace International, focusing primarily on the Sports & Special Interest genres. In two years, Lace had become the market leader in these sectors in the UK.
Adam built other businesses in the fast-moving home entertainment industry which focused on mainstream genres, particularly feature films. In 2003, he founded Lace Digital Media Sales (later Trinity) as a sales agency for independent publishers (with Andy Lyon) and 101 Films in 2011 (the leading independent publisher in the UK).
Adam brings to Trinity his knowledge from PR & marketing, production, acquisitions, creative, logistics, sales, and distribution.
