Somebody is an introspective look at modern life and the intergenerational challenges faced by women in Ireland. The film follows Lauren, a young woman, navigating the challenges of adulthood. She faces criticism from her mother and struggles with a tedious workplace. When her creepy landlord unfairly evicts her when she rejects his advances, her life begins to unravel as she becomes homeless and jobless.
